4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jl868 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. jl868 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
5.1 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on jl868 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl868 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly; currency conversion, if applicable, is the responsibility of the User's financial institution.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jl868 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at jl868's discretion.
5.3 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your Account dashboard. jl868 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or regulatory requirements.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

It is the User's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. The placement of a bet constitutes confirmation that the User has reviewed and accepts the applicable game rules.
7.2 System Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a system malfunction, server error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a bet, jl868 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the wagered Funds to the User's Account. jl868 shall not be liable for any losses, winnings, or other amounts that arise from a malfunction of the gaming system.

11.2 jl868's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
11.3 jl868 does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service disruptions, and internet connectivity issues may temporarily affect Platform availability. jl868 will make reasonable efforts to minimize such disruptions but shall not be liable for losses arising therefrom.
12.1 You may close your jl868 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure initiated by you, any remaining Funds will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds exist on the Account.
12.2 jl868 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; regulatory requirement; failure to complete KYC verification; or at jl868's sole discretion where continued Account operation presents a risk to the Platform or other Users.
12.3 Where an Account is closed by jl868 due to a breach of these Terms, jl868 reserves the right to forfeit some or all Funds held in that Account, including any Bonus balances and any winnings derived from Bonus funds. This does not limit any other legal remedy available to jl868.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
